With the influence of one’s father (and guidance of a nurse-mom), it has been a long time plan of the co-owner to come up with a food business, basically because of her passion for eating and taking into consideration that it’s one of the basic drives of human beings. That is why we did not only think of money-making ventures but more of the desire to provide good quality products with reasonable prices that would nourish your physical, mental, or somehow the emotional, and spiritual health. We likewise value customer relations, with the belief that you deserve only the best.
The idea was born on the summer of 2009. Then we had the blessing on June 8 (papa’s birthday). But before we entered into a franchise (together with Pinoy Pao), we surveyed the area first and figure out the demand. Fortunately, we got the place near the school (in front of University of St. La Salle – Gate 3, just below Heritage Dorm). However, we don’t just cater to students’ needs but as well as to professionals and businessmen alike, actually people from different walks of life.
It was initially a fund-raising project to defray the tuition fee at the College of Law. At present, the snack bar is managed by Carlison Bernardo, who is gifted with special cooking skills. His innate talent enabled the house to serve not only refreshments and snacks (such as noodles, siopao, siomai, chips and pastries) but also varied meals (check out our menu for the list of choices). These “fast foods” are not merely instant since we strictly implement the “cook-to-order system” – to ensure that what we supply to your table is fresh and hot!
So friends, what are you waiting for? Be there at B’ Square now!
